Job Description

Now were on the lookout for a Key Account Manager to grow our retail distribution!

In this role you will play a key role in identifying and pitching our brand to new retail partnerships overseeing the integration and onboarding processes and ensuring the seamless execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.

Tasks

  • Manage and build strong relationships with key retail accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand retail presence
  • Lead the integration and onboarding of new retail partners ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Establish and maintain effective communication to streamline trade marketing and promotional activities
  • Provide monthly reports and insights on retail performance sellin/sellout analysis and sales forecasts
  • Conduct instore visits to assess products placements and train sales team
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer preferences leveraging datadriven insights to enhance Flers retail and distribution strategies (in Italy and abroad)
  • Oversee export operations managing international orders and optimizing export processes
  • Collaborate cross functionally with the operations product & marketing teams to ensure the strategy is efficiently delivered

Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in key account management trade marketing or related activities preferably within beauty industry or CPG
  • Extensive knowledge of the retail lifecycle and an understanding of retail language calendars and seasonal promotions
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to craft compelling pitches and analyze sales data effectively
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics market
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners
  • Clear and effective communication skills: you mean what you say and say what you mean
  • An advocate and ambassador for Flers core values
  • Fluent English writing and speaking skills
