Dark Light is a staffing agency specializing in the recruitment and outsourcing of data and business intelligence profiles. We are currently seeking a Senior AI Delivery Lead for one of our clients.

Tasks

• Collaborate with the support team for a smooth projecttooperations transition.
• Manage new data and analytics project demands prioritizing and allocating resources.
• Plan medium and longterm data & AI roadmaps emphasizing gotomarket initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends in data and AI offering recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative inclusive work environment encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Monitor project progress ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status risks and opportunities.
• Identify and address issues/challenges during project execution implementing appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Understanding of data engineering analytics and artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership and team management skills inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills fostering effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintains a proactive and resultsoriented mindset efficiently prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possesses strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Skilled in utilizing project management methodologies and tools.
