Tasks

Meet and visit the clients in the assigned territory (SPAIN)

Ensures that the highest level of service is consistently provided to Customers;

Ensures that relationships with Customers are maintained and developed;

Guarantee that all claims from the customers are answered have the right treatment and give feedback about the corrective and preventive actions;

Work on that claims with the better approach to improve the quality and anticipate the problems;

Support Customers on new projects new product design and new homologations;

Cross functional with Procurement Quality Finance and Operations up to functional head level to champion the customer needs through influencing and making decisions regarding customer sales and delivery;

Visit Companys plants and European headquarter when needed.

Requirements

University degree in Management Engineering or equivalent education;

Exhaustive experience in a similar role as described above;

Cross functional experience in Customer Service Sales and Product Management;

Exhaustive experience in dealing day by day with the Customers supporting them on technical issues;

Loyal identification with the employing Company;

Habit to work in an Industrial environment; (preference)

Ability to work independently as well as in close cooperation with a small team;

Willing to travel;

Clean Driver Licence;
