Suncoast Drivers is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing sales team. We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual with a sense of urgency to supplement our team for our National Accounts. Candidates must be able to call on Transportation Managers and other pertinent personnel. As an Account Manager your primary focus will be growth within your accounts. Must be experienced and aggressive to develop and maintain new and established accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, some cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
Gathering and utilizing intelligence on prospects on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
Maintaining good customer relations in the performance of job
Prepares daily call reports, keeps expense records and submits paperwork in accordance with company policy and procedures
Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the CRM
Investigates and resolves customer issues
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
Following up with clients on recruiter submits
Reaching out to inactive clients and checking on any driver needs
Reaching out to client referrals and building business from new locations
