Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Foster a solutionfocused atmosphere encouraging innovation and efficiency within the marketing team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external agencies managing communications effectively and responding promptly to all requests.
  • Provide operational support for the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns including website development SEO/SEM strategies email social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure data integrity within our CRM systems and leverage marketing automation tools to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Monitor analyze and report on digital marketing metrics using these insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance performance.
  • Define track and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns utilizing these insights to drive performance and shape marketing strategy.

After the first six months you will have achieved the following:

  • Developeda strong rapport with key internal stakeholders becoming a reliable and valued team player.
  • Successfully executed our first wave of innovative digital marketing initiatives contributing to significant growth in conversions site traffic and audience engagement.
  • Implemented rigorous data management practices within our CRM systems collaborating effectively with external agencies to achieve this.
  • Established a robust system for regular monitoring analysis and reporting of digital marketing metrics creating dashboards that have guided strategic decisions and boosted performance.
  • Defined tracked and initiated the interpretation of Key Performance Indicators for all marketing campaigns providing a solid foundation for ongoing performance improvement.

We Expect

Requirements:

  • English & German speaking
  • Role is based in Berlin

Qualifications:

  • Previous digital marketing experience bolstered by a proven track record of success.
  • Expert knowledge in SEO SEM content strategy social media and email marketing
  • Deep interest and understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI Search.
  • Handson experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics Google Adwords AdConnector HubSpot and other automation tools.
  • Proficient in using a wide range of project management and marketing tools including Jira Asana Trello Confluence HubSpot and AdConnector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data effectively and perform detailed analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships across diverse teams and with external partners
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies with strong analytical skills and experience in defining and assessing Key Performance Indicators for marketing campaigns.

If you have it its a plus:

  • Additional languages such as Italian and/or French
  • Basic understanding of HTML and web development principles.
