Job Description

Desktop Support Technician provides daytoday desktop support receives inbound calls answer questions troubleshoots and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware software and application issues in a ticketing system.



Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to client support requests.
  • Contacting clients to find out the problem.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
  • Providing basic training on computer operation and management.
  • Completing job reports and ordering supplies.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (Bulgarian and English)
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems chipsets memory modules and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems software applications and remote connection systems: MS Windows MS office 365 Active Directory SCCM DHCP VPN and others.


Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician. Good written and verbal communication skills (Hungarian min B2 and English B2) Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems: MS Windows, MS office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, VPN and others.
