Our client established in 1930 and based in Decatur Illinois is a wellestablished credit union with branches in Lafayette Indiana and Loudon Tennessee. As a fastgrowing company with around $206 million in assets they are seeking a dynamic individual to manage its headquarters in Decatur Illinois with potential for growth within the executive team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Decatur branch while overseeing the contact center department.
Lead a team of six to seven direct reports including the contact center manager.
Contribute to the company's growth strategy with a focus on expanding in Lafayette Indiana.
Actively participate in executive team meetings and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
Banking experience and management expertise are highly desirable.
Minimum of two years of management experience; ideal candidate has around five years of experience.
Ambitious and open to an "executive track position" with aspirations to join the executive team.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Additional Preferences:
Experience in banking and management within the financial industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for effective leadership.
Open to candidates within a 2030 minute driving distance from Decatur Illinois.
