Key Purpose of the Job:
To help support our Accounts team on a 3month fixed term basis.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Location: Office based working Wymondham.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and process invoices expense reports and purchase orders.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in monthend closing processes.
- Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting activities.
- Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate will be:
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and Outlook.
- Previous accounts experience.
- Strong attention to detail and great organisation skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Selfmotivated and able to work under your own initiative.
- Positive and focused when under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
