Due to growth and internal promotions the company are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Bid Manager to join the team.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee the entire bid process from initial identification of opportunities to bid submission.
Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant information for bid proposals.
Analyse project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
Manage relationships with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction bid management.
