THE ROLE:

The role will involve in driving forward the new reporting suite to be rolled out in 2024 thereafter focusing on continual improvement and monitoring for accuracy.

Continually there is an expectation of bespoke analysis and reporting to support the Senior Finance Team and enable the FP&A and reporting Manager to be more businessfacing and drive the budgeting and forecasting processes.

As part of the team you will also be validating other team members reports and sense checks before they are issued to the business if not in the automated suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for quarterly reviews of the reporting suite to ensure the accuracy of content.

Identifying process improvements removing manual tasks and looking at efficiency improvements across all systems and tools.

The role will also support systems administration of the ERP System the FP&A system and reporting tools

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 50% Systems administration related duties

• Responding to the ERP ticket system in Freshdesk

• training users and feedback on user stories

• 50% Reporting and analysis

• Bespoke reporting as well as weekly and monthly actuals forecast budgets including KPIs.

• Quality assurance

• Reporting gap identification

• Efficiency and improvements

• Maintain reporting standards.
