Job Summary

Reliance HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Buyer to join our clients  team in Dammam Eastern Province Saudi Arabia The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials supplies and services for the companys oil and gas operations The Buyer will be responsible for evaluating suppliers negotiating prices and managing the purchasing process

Responsibilities

Research and source suppliers and materials for oil and gas operations

Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers

Monitor supply chain activities and ensure timely delivery of materials

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to reduce costs

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing activities

Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed

Manage and resolve supplier issues

Develop and implement purchasing strategies

Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field

years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management

Expertise in oil and gas industry purchasing

Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
