Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers

Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems

Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities

Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management

Maintain accurate records of customer orders and payments

Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas of improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Sales Business Administration or related field

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

Fluency in English language is must
