Job Description
We are currently seeking an apprentice painter for a professional painting company on the Gold Coast
You must have some experience in industry as a painter Would suit someone who has been working as a TA or Labourer for a painter in the past that is wanting to obtain their trade certificate
Your duties will include
- Hi Rise Commercial work
- Preparation of building exteriors
- High pressure watercleaning
- Waterproofing
- Concrete spalling treatment and repair
- Cleaning brushes and rollers
- Repaints / Body Corporate work
- Working of booms ropes swing stage
The successful applicant must have
- Willing to learn and a cando attitude
- Ability to work at heights (essential)
- Good manual dexterity (able to use your hands)
- Good physical fitness
- Team Player
- Well presented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with customers
- Able to think on your feet
Current drivers license and own transport is a MUST
