Were seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to fortify our product projects team within the Supply Chain & Sourcing department.

As a Project Coordinator youll play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning execution and evaluation of product projects from initiation to completion. Joining our dynamic team youll ensure that our customers requirements are met with excellence engaging in proactive communication both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate project activities to meet objectives within defined timelines budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate efficiently with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress identifying and resolving challenges while reporting project status to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules budgets and resource plans to ensure ontime withinbudget deliverables.
• Work with the project team to establish goals timelines and performance expectations.
• Create and maintain project documentation including plans status reports risk assessments and change requests.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders ensuring project success through clear engagement.
• Manage project scope and change control processes documenting and approving changes.
• Facilitate project meetings prepare agendas and minutes and follow up on action items.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or business with international operations experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
• Independent contributor with excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
