About the job

We are looking for an Operations Key Account Support for immediate incorporation into the team. As an OKAM you will report to the OKAMs Manager who directly reports to the Director of Operations for Spain. Your main role will be to serve as the direct operational contact for retailers.

Main responsibilities and requirements

  • Support in the daily supervision of warehouse activities to ensure optimal development of operations.
  • Monitoring and primary operational contact for our key business accounts.
  • Identify business needs of our retailers to develop new areas of business or consolidate and increase current operations.
  • Tracking the launch of new retailers.
  • Analysis of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Management and coordination of campaigns for our major retailers.
  • Regular meetings with retailers to build strong business relationships.
  • Management of our partners.
  • Analyze and communicate the performance of each client as well as prepare monthly reports for each of them.
  • Coordination of Customer Experience improvements and operational management.
  • Obtain feedback from our retailers to implement necessary improvement actions in coordination with other departments (product marketing customer support and operations).
  • Coordination and review of daily operations with warehouses to improve the performance and KPIs of our clients.
  • Incident management and coordination of improvement actions for specific processes of each retailer.

    About you

    • Education in Logistics/Transport/Supply Chain or equivalent experience in logistics management.
    • Ability to work under pressure and independently in a rapidly evolving environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal organizational and decisionmaking skills.
    • Highly motivated and resultsoriented individual.
    • Problemsolving capabilities.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Proficiency in Spanish and high level of English.

    Nice to have

    • Proficiency in Portuguese French and/or Italian is a plus.
