For an international project we are currently looking for a Program Manager (f/m/d) for Asset Performance Management Office (APMO)
Tasks
- Manage the APMO (Asset Performance Management Office) project on a day to day basis
- Managing the project team
- Setting the priorities on a weekly basis and following up on progress
- Ensure the governance is followed and managing the projects reporting and alignment activities through the various recurrent meetings (SteerCo Sponsor meeting PMO meeting)
- Managing the projects constraints (budget/resources scope timing) keeping track of deviations risks and issues pertaining to them and escalate deviations when necessary
- Coordinating with a partner project and group product management
- Support/ advise TA management in setting the vision for projects & activities in scope of riskbased asset management: APMO Takeoff & associated organizational & process changes QRM (quantified Risk Model) Fit for 24 Asset fleet strategies
- Set the framework for the projects organize the teams & coordinate between initiatives to ensure the delivery of the strategy.
- Ensure the commercial relation (from business point of view) with external contractors working on the different initiatives.
- Conduct Budget lifecycle for initiatives in scope
- Conduct/support Reporting to management and other initiatives inside the company
- Conduct stakeholder management efforts & facilitate management decisions and facilitate alignment on goals roles and responsibilities along key business processes
Requirements
- Extensive proven track record in programme/project Management (minimum 10 years)Good knowledge asset management practices in the Energy Sector
- Engineering degree
- Deep Expertise in riskbased asset management concepts (minimum 5 years experience)
- Good knowledge of asset fleet strategy methodology
- Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences from top management to experts in the day to day delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder acumen
- Ability to derive sound decision support with limited information while staying transparent on the level of knowns & unknowns.
- Energy management knowhow is an advantage
- Experience in network infrastructures and network standards is advantageous
- Knowledge for purchasing and procurement processes
- Confident handling of MSOffice and MSProject including excellent presentation skills. (MSPowerpoint)
- Fluent in english and german
