Would you like to work on a variety of tasks take over responsibilities and gain strong insights into an ECommerce company all of this in a diverse and international team You could be part of it as a Data Insights Analyst (all genders).

Our Data Insights is dedicated to supporting our business functions with processes analytics and insights to improve our core and future business. The team currently consists of 3 highly skilled specialists: 1 Team Lead and 2 Data Insights Analysts.

Your tasks:

• You provide analytical expertise and identify actionable insights to support stakeholders from different departments in making datadriven decisions.
• You establish maintain and continuously improve reporting tools to help grow our business and improve productivity.
• You familiarize yourself with the business processes and various KPIs to provide actionable datadriven insights.
• You provide datadriven consultancy to our business teams and nontechnical stakeholders.
• You implement advanced analytical models such as customer segmentation and marketing attribution.
• As a plus point you familiarize with and incorporate machine learning models to improve datadriven decisions.

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Computer Science Mathematics or a similar course of studies with a focus on quantitative analytics.
• You have at least 1 or 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or an equivalent position.
• You show excellent skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders from various perspectives.
• You have a proven handson data analytics track record.
• You enjoy solving problems with data and you are able to translate your findings into easily understandable business recommendations.
• You feel comfortable using SQL for analytics and scripting.
• You are familiar with using Tableau or a similar reporting tool.
• You take initiative and bring a problemsolving mindset to the team.
• You apply a high degree of pragmatism to solve data challenges and get fast results.
• You are a great team player with Scrum/Agile methodology experience.
• You feel comfortable working in an English speaking work environment.
• It is a plus point if you are also familiar with Python for analyzing data and understanding codes and notebooks.
