Your mission As a true Business Partner you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies according to the companys strategic orientations Reporting to the Group HR Director you will work in collaboration with our team at headquarters and internationallyThe Group is present in France Belgium Switzerland Italy Spain Portugal England and Poland with a total workforce of people

Key Responsibilities

  • Be informed and implement practices and regulations in order to develop and make HR processes more reliable

  • Provide support to managers in the application of our HR policy and in the development of teams (recruitment work organisation team management etc)

  • Be the advisor to the business developers in the development of our HR offer

  • Manage introduction/VISA requests in our branches

  • Implement and monitor health and safety processes in our subsidiaries

  • Managing relationships with consultants ensuring the quality of service offered

  • To be the main contact for our various partners Alan occupational medicine Edenred Soreco etc

  • Actively contribute to crossfunctional projects of the HRD and the company in conjunction with all stakeholders integration managerial practices HRIS etc

  • Management of HR disputes in relation to our legal support

  • Work in collaboration with the management/payroll/finance departments

  • Responses to HR requests from employees

You will be in charge of HR management in the subsidiaries outside of France and subsequently participate in the development of the HR strategy in our future subsidiaries in collaboration with the HRD


Profile

  • Fluency in French and English written and spoken

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of French and UK employment law and regulations

  • Knowledge of any other employment law would be a great advantage but not necessary

  • years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
