Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information and support
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics for analysis and improvement
Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and talent acquisition best practices
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of technology and the IT industry is preferred

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HCM consulting, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing HCM systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). Experience with integration tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
