Utilize various channels such as job boards social media and professional networks to identify potential candidates

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit

Draft and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create accurate job specifications

Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback as needed

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information and support

Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics for analysis and improvement

Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and talent acquisition best practices

Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process

Work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and hiring needs

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of technology and the IT industry is preferred

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HCM consulting, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing HCM systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). Experience with integration tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
