Lead and participate in the implementation of HCM systems ensuring alignment with business processes and goals
Configure and customize HCM software to meet specific organizational needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand HR processes identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Possess indepth knowledge of HCM software modules and underlying technologies
Provide technical support for systemrelated issues troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner
Design develop and implement integrations between HCM systems and other enterprise applications
Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HCM system
Conduct training sessions for endusers on system functionality and best practices
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations customizations and processes
Stay informed about industry trends best practices and updates to HCM software
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements
Requirements Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Human Resources or a related field
years of experience in HCM consulting with a focus on both technical and functional aspects
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Proficiency in configuring and customizing HCM systems (eg Oracle HCM SAP SuccessFactors Workday)
Experience with integration tools and methodologies

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HCM consulting, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects.
