Job Description
Designing and updating job descriptions
Handling the entire recruitment life cycle
Sourcing candidates using different job portals ( Naukri linkedIn etc)
Contacting briefing conducting interviews preparing inputs for internal and client review
Advertising jobs on various careers pages job boards etc
Database management
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical logical and reasoning skills
Have a genuine interest in being in the people s profession
To work from office only
