hJob DescriptionhpOur client is theworldleading cloud customer service provider As they expand globally they are looking for a talented Pricing Specialist to join their team based in Bracknell BerkshireppAs a Pricing Specialist you will establish and maintain a schedule for the regular and accurate updating of all price books both direct and indirectppstrongAbout the rolestrongppstrongProduct KnowledgestrongpulliKey to the success of the role will be to maintain a close relationship with the Product Managers to understand our product and pricing structures and what additional products or product pricing structures are being plannedliliA broad knowledge of the features and functionality of the existing product suiteliulpstrongQuotingstrongpulliAble to work with the Sales team to ensure that they are correctly implementing the agreed price books within quotes to customersliliAttend where necessary Sales meeting to provide pricing updates and periodic trainingliliPeriodicSelective review of quotes at sales order stage to ensure pricing is correctliulpstrongPricingstrongpulliManage price books to ensure ease of useliliQuarterly review of the price book and running internal review and signoff process of updatesliliEnsuring these price books are correctly loaded into internal tools of CKS Quoting and Project PortalliliEnsuring that partners have signed changes to pricingliliWork with Legal to ensure our terms and conditions allow the changes to pricing that are required as well as ensure lists of exceptions are kept uptodateliulpstrongProduct CommercialsstrongpulliTake the information contained within Pricing Proposals and reflect them in the Price BookliliManage requests from the Sales team for ad hoc pricing from suppliers such as telephony carriersliliEnsure usage rate cards are uptodateliliWork with Procurement team to get for bespoke solutions and apply agreed margins to costsliulpstrongAbout youstrongpulliBachelors Degreeequivalent or substantial alternative experienceliliPrevious experience in a Pricing commercial roleliliPast experience at creating and maintaining detailedcomplex Excel based spreadsheets and data repositoriesliliCapable and confident to interact with colleagues at all levelsliliStrong numerical skills and experience handling dataliliHighly organised with good communication skillsliliAble to establish and maintain strong control processes and strive for continuous improvementliul
