We are looking for you in case you have

  • Min years of Inbound Contact Center experience (technical support Tier support) ticket handlingchat handing and call handling
  • Strong user level of Computing Skills
  • You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
  • You have excellent written and spoken skills in Canadian English and French
  • College or University Degree is an advantage
