Strategic Leadership Lead the development of innovative strategies that creatively leverage resources to anticipate and solve problems resulting in businesscentric and resourceefficient solutions

Security and Compliance Ensure the delivery of secure cloud solutions by utilizing various tools and methodologies for security incident detection vulnerability identification and nonconformance detection Collaborate with business and crossfunctional teams to resolve security issues

Change Management and Risk Mitigation Coordinate and communicate all Change Management Risk Management and Disaster Recovery Planning activities during the solution delivery phase

Vendor Management Initiate and coordinate outsourced supplier efforts and estimate efforts required for solution delivery ensuring effective vendor partnerships

Continuous Improvement Monitor technological advancements staying updated with industry knowledge and trends and utilize this knowledge to continuously improve solutions aligning them with industry and company standards and emerging business requirements

Usability and Performance Analyze systems and conduct usability testing to ensure optimal performance reliability scalability and security compliance

Integration Expertise Evaluate the impact of changes or additions between systems applications and services within the environment ensuring seamless integration

Customer Support Assist customers in planning and executing cloudbased deployments providing guidance technical expertise and support during the implementation process

Leadership and Mentoring Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to team members within the domain fostering professional growth and development 

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a STEM field (Science Technology Engineering and Math)
  
• years of experience in designing implementing and/or maintaining IT infrastructures

• Strong technical foundation Proficiency in cloud connectivity infrastructure services and data center operations
  
• Knowledge of current business functions An understanding of how technology aligns with and supports business objectives
  
• ITIL framework proficiency Familiarity with ITIL framework and release management
  
• Awareness of healthcare security Knowledge of healthcare security regulatory quality (QMS) and compliance requirements and their implementation
  
• Knowledge of GE Healthcarespecific Cloud Architecture Familiarity with the unique aspects of GE Healthcares Cloud Architecture and Enablement Framework
  
• Experience working in a multivendor scenario Experience collaborating in multivendor environments and managing vendor relationships
