The MFL department is a growing department of excellent teachers who have a passion to teach languages and see their students develop and achieve in in languages
A MFL Teacher is responsible for delivering high quality teaching on languages specifically in French and Spanish with the aim to help students develop a broad base of skills through practical investigational and theorical work across all Key Stages
Their key duties and responsibilities include
Teaching KS and KS MFL (with an option to teach KS)
Developing maintaining and stimulating pupils curiosity interest and enjoyment in languages
Ensure that health and safety requirements are established and maintained throughout your teaching
Developing students familiarity competence and confidence within a safe workshop environment
Motivating students to contribute and engage in extracurricular languages activities
Evaluating the performance of students throughout the school year
