Central to our commitment is an intensive focus on managing wholesale and retail channels more effectively This will enable us to have better control over pricing and curb the proliferation of counterfeit products Through these calculated endeavors we aim to uphold the integrity and quality of products that our customers have come to rely on

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the management and execution of joint business plans and KPIs with our strategic distributors to enhance revenue and market share
  • Work closely with distributors to enforce massmarket strategies and achieve design inclusions and wins
  • Coach and nurture distributor business resources towards selfsufficiency while managing account/channel forecasts order intakes and inventories
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to identify emerging opportunities and applications
  • Drive demand creation in key focus areas and align account/channel development plans with business unit and regional strategies
  • Assemble a local team to bolster business expansion and continually empower team members to achieve their best

Requirements

  • years of sales working experience in Tobacco ECigarette FMCG and Consumer goods (Pepsico Cocacola Red Bull etc Packed food&beverage)
  • Must base in the city with valid local work visa required
  • Management experiences are not required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the capability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff
  • Demonstrated ability to excel both within a multidisciplinary team and independently and to drive customer/client engagements
