Responsibilities
        Diary management
        Meeting coordination
        Domestic and international travel arrangements
        Preparing agendas itineraries minutes
        Research and data analysis
        Email management
        Event planning
        Staff management and HR duties
        Office administration
Requirements
        Strong organisational and time management skills
        Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
        Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
        Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
        Discretion and confidentiality
        Minimum A Levels degree preferred
        Location within hour commute of Redhill/Reigate
