Your missions will be
Within the French CEO Supply Finance and Products division you will be the General Manager based in China Youll be in charge to manage the local team in order to deliver the different objectives The company is growing strongly in terms of turnover and in terms of products This is a very comprehensive scalable position where you wont get bored!
Hire and manage the local team team of people
Quality check perform quality checks in factories
Improving production process challenge our factories to improve their production process
Quality Issue manage quality issues communication with FR Quality team root cause analysis action plan
Supplier management be the privileged contact of factories in order to improve the quality enforce specifications manage quality issues and implement corrective action plans Share Cabaias vision to supplier (mindset requirements) Ease the communication with FR office collect production datas monitor work conditions
RSE help supplier to reduce environmental impact waste management supervise and carry out supplier audit
Continuous Improvement challenge local supplier optimize production and cost
Sourcing Innovation Investigate new product new materials and suppliers
Finance improvement manage financial conditions with our supplier to improve it
Supply chain management youll be in charge of creating the supply chain process with our french team and our supplier
Skills
Leadership you have the ability to lead and inspire teams
Entrepreneur mindset you know how to define action plan and implement it
Knowledge of the Chinese market you understand all the codes and expectations of this country
Relational you are comfortable in communication and know how to negotiate
Rigorous organization is the key
Flexible youre perfectly able to adapt to a dual culture and move from one project to another!
Profile sought
You have about years experience in a similar position in quality
You know how to define a quality approach challenge inspectors and monitor KPIs
You are autonomous and highly proactive in your work
You are solution oriented
You like teamwork and management here its team first!
You are based in China preferably in Guangzhou
