RN Stepdown Intermediate Care

Department: Observation Unit

Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours Monday to Friday.

Per Week: 36 Hours - 12-hour shift three days each week - May need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed - EOW - EOH

3 Months Contract

Weekly Pay $1404 - $1764 (Local or Travel)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.

• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Certifications & Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

• 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required

• 2 Professional References

• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
