Job Description

  • Helps collecting, analyzing & translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and technical implementations.
  • Hands on experience with DocuSign for e-Signature. Experience in developing DocuSign templates, setting up workflows.
  • Troubleshooting issues in support of customer issues communicating with business partners, suppliers and customers Creates documentation for all aspects of job function including creating requirements analysis overviews and functional specifications, creating end-user manuals.
  • Experience handling User queries on the tool and providing L2 support.
  • DocuSign Organization Administrator Activities:
    • Manage Account Settings for multiple Accounts.
    • Centralized User Management
    • Access Management (Domains, Identity Provider)
    • Reporting
  • Security Setup. For example, Multi-factor Authentication Setup.
  • DocuSign Integration knowledge. For example,
    • DocuSign Rest APIs usage
    • Extracting documents from completed Envelopes and archive.
    • Salesforce integration for multiple use-cases
  • Consultant should have hands on experience with Admin functionality of DocuSign (DSA & Web App)
  • Consultant should have hands on with resolving all the issues of sent envelopes through Application.
  • Consultant should have knowledge to prioritize the Complaints/Requests of customers by sorting them according to their severity and nature and resolving them within the set SLA'S.
  • Consultant should have experience to analyze different kinds of issues to find the root cause and provided resolutions for the same.
  • Consultant should be able to Co-ordinate with other Vendors.
  • Consultant should have experience with Incident Management, Problem management, Change Management
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Customer focused and highly cognizant of meeting service level agreements (SLAs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and positive attitude Experience working with stakeholders; must be able to negotiate with customers.
  • Good written and oral communication
