• They will be splitting time between the product team and the reporting team but will report to the product team.
• we are looking for someone who is cross-functional and has experience with data, reporting, and some project management or project coordination skills.
• SQL and Reporting are going to be the sweet spot, however, we need someone with strong communication skills who would be optimal too.
• Strong SQL and some reporting in Tableau. Strong communication.

with a focus on Data, Reporting & Project Coordination

This position will research and document data and reporting solutions for technical products and reporting within the medical group, as well as assist with project coordination. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:

• Leads project stakeholders in the analysis process, interacting to elicit and document project and reporting requirements.
• Assists in the prioritization, planning, communication, and coordination of projects.
• Produces professional quality project artifacts including but not limited to business & technical requirements documents, data mapping specification's, workflow diagrams, mockups, use cases, issue logs, test cases and other documents as needed.
• Knowledgeable in gathering technical requirements to build reports, Stored procedures, Web Services, and API's
• Documents requirements and works with technical teams to provide solutions to promote data and reporting integrity in enterprise systems.
• Experience performing Gap analysis As-Is/To-Be for large applicationsand perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from upstream source systems to downstream target applications.
• Serves as a critical resource and liaison between subject matter experts and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assists in the estimates of time required to deliver project artifacts and reports progress toward delivery goals throughout project.
• Identifies and communicates both risks and solutions.
• Excels in formulating test strategy and test scenarios that meet business expectations and participates in the QA, UAT, and training of a product.
• Assist in application support and management of defects, enhancements and change requests.
• Able to work across programs and on multiple parallel tasks, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to function as a thought leader.
• Fosters collaboration across disparate, cross-functional teams, establishes and maintains a high level of trust and confidence with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years Business Analysis or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Data Analysis, SQL database concepts, and/or Reporting experience.
• Minimum of 3 years project coordination or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Business Analysis, PMP, Agile Certifications a plus
• Health Care or engineering experience preferred.
