Job Description: IT Recruiter
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Selmas Consulting, a leading HR Consulting Company located in Vienna. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring IT professionals for various positions within our client companies. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the IT industry and job market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback
- Conduct reference checks and background checks on selected candidates
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to ensure effective recruitment strategies
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and terminologies
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience recruiting for IT positions across various levels, such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, etc.
- Experience in both internal and external recruitment
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Certification in HR or recruitment-related field is a plus
This is a full-time position with Selmas Consulting, offering an annual salary in Euro (€). The maximum required experience for this role is 3 years.
