**Responsibilities**
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience
Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients&# needs and recommend suitable treatments
Perform a wide range of salon treatments with precision and care
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Ensure a safe healthy and clean working environment
Provide expert advice to clients on suitable retail products

**Qualifications and Skills**
 NVQ Level or Beauty Therapy qualification
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work within commercial time constraints while maintaining high standards
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Eager to learn and open to training opportunities
Professional demeanor with colleagues and clients
Keen attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**
Intimate Waxing certification
HD Brow expertise
Training in Thalgo OPI and Lycon products and techniques
