Factorial is currently looking for a Sales Enablement Director to be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs onboarding processes and innovative sales methodologies This role plays a critical part in enhancing the performance productivity and effectiveness of the sales team by equipping them with the knowledge tools and resources necessary to achieve their goals The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a blend of operations and sales experience
Key Responsibilities
Sales Training and Onboarding- Develop and maintain a structured sales training curriculum for new hires and ongoing training for the existing sales team
- Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure new sales team members quickly become productive contributors
- Continuously update training materials to reflect industry trends product knowledge and sales techniques
Sales Methodology Development- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales methodologies strategies and best practices
- Introduce innovative approaches to the sales process incorporating datadriven insights and market analysis
Sales Operations and Analytics- Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement in the sales process
- Work closely with the sales operations team to streamline processes tools and systems to increase sales efficiency
- Monitor and report on key sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Content Development- Create and curate sales collateral playbooks and resources that support the sales team throughout the customer journey
- Ensure sales teams have access to uptodate product information and competitive intelligence
CrossFunctional Collaboration- Collaborate with marketing product and customer support teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy
- Foster strong relationships with sales leadership and individual sales reps to understand their needs and challenges
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA preferred
- Proven experience in sales sales enablement or related roles with a track record of success
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication presentation and training skills
- Ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional teams
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies
