Job Opportunity: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Find Medic
Hourly Rate/Salary: Days 19.70, Nights 20.20 plus weekend enhancements
Weekly Hours: 36
Shift Times: 8-8
At Find Medic, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join clients team.
About Home:
Our facility, Highfield, is a beautifully converted Victorian Gentlemans Residence, now fully-equipped to cater to modern care needs. Additionally, we have a purpose-built extension designed specifically for dementia patients. Our residents enjoy a serene outdoor courtyard, engaging communal lounge, and various activities, ensuring a comfortable and stimulating environment.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain the highest standard of care, safety, and welfare for our residents.
- Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments of new residents upon admission.
- Develop personalized care plans and update them daily.
- Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of our care staff.
- Create effective rotas to ensure seamless operation.
- Utilize a person-centered approach, prioritizing individual needs with utmost privacy, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN approval
- Clear DBS record
