Requirements
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our corporate events and weddings sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new corporate event and wedding business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and maximizing revenue for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.
Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase our event facilities.
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, or in-person meetings.
Utilise online platforms, industry associations, and social networks to identify
Representation of the hotel at industry trade shows.
Prepare and present customized event proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with the hotels event and operational teams to ensure seamless
event planning and execution.
Coordinate all aspects of the event, including room setup, catering, and AV
requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service
and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue generated, and pipeline
status.
Prepare and deliver performance reports to the management team.
Essential Criteria
Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the
hospitality or events industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of event planning and hotel operations is a plus.
