Job Description

Property Management Team Leader – Bracknell, Berkshire

Are you passionate about property management and ready to take the lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join a leading Estate Agent based in Bracknell as a Property Management Team Leader. If you thrive in supporting others and building strong client relationships, then this role is tailor-made for you!

The Package
Basic Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
On Target Earnings: £40,000 to £55,000


Job Responsibilities
  • Maximize Opportunities: Your role will be pivotal in maximizing current and future income opportunities. You'll lead the team in identifying referral and recommendation opportunities, ensuring we reach new heights in property management excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on performance metrics and service levels. Drive the team towards exceeding targets, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Drive Efficiency: Implement and reinforce changes to processes and systems, emphasizing efficiency and improvement. Ensure everyone in the team is utilizing these resources to their full potential.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-6 dedicated professionals. Provide clear focus and direction, nurturing their growth and development.
  • Problem Solver: Investigate and resolve queries and problems with finesse. Your sharp problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as the bridge between landlords and tenants. Your excellent communication skills will be invaluable in this aspect of the role.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Previous experience in Property Management/Lettings is a must, ideally having managed a small team.
  • ARLA Qualified: While not mandatory, ARLA qualification is highly desirable, showcasing your expertise in property management.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional telephone communication skills are a must. Your ability to convey information clearly and confidently will set you apart.
  • Accurate Administration: Strong administrative skills are vital. Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork will be your forte.
  • Quick Learner: Demonstrated ability to learn fast and follow procedures efficiently. Adaptability is key in our ever-evolving industry.
  • Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is a big plus. Your ability to stay calm, positive, and empathetic under pressure will be highly valued.
