OED Solutions is seeking a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team! Our company was founded on the principles of excellent customer service and a commitment to providing the highest quality fundraising services to our charity partners. Our goal is to raise brand awareness among their potential donor base by incorporating novel and innovative marketing and fundraising tactics.
Responsibilities of a Customer Relations Representative:
- Communicate and interact with potential donors directly.
- Create and direct promotional fundraising campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Determine specific target markets to aid in the promotion of our charity partners core mission within the community.
- Coordinate and present territory research to the rest of the Marketing Teams entry-level and senior-level members.
- Throughout the entry-level, develop and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Increase brand awareness and recognition by implementing targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
Requirements
- An associates degree or some college coursework is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated
- Excellent communication abilities
0-6 years relevant experience in a leadership role, sales, marketing, communications, and/or customer service (hospitality, retail, and/or restaurant). Legally authorized to work in the United States Interest in developing customer and client partnerships. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
