- Jan 1-7, 2024
Shift Schedule: 6a-3p
Call Schedule: 3p-6a
Call Type: In-House
Rounding Included: Yes
Specialty Backup:
- General pediatrics, Pediatric Neurology, Infectious disease, University of Michigan Cardiology, Opthalmology and Neonatologists.
Case Mix:
- Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Pulmonary Hypertension, Pneumothorax, Sepsis, Seizures, Stabilize surgical cases for transport out, VLBW, NAS.
Required Procedures:
- Intubation, Chest tube placement, Placement of central lines, Paracentesis, Spinal taps, exchange transfusion, Thermal cooling, ventilator management including oscillators and iNO.
Duties:
- Round and manage daily census.
- NNP takes first call at night while Neonatologist is called in w/ complex patients.
Office Equipment: Diagnostics Full equipment, MRI, CT, EEG.
NICU Level: III
EMR: Paragon

- Orientation is on Dec. 29, 2023

Active MI License or IMLC
BC/BE
NRP
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, & PALS
