An opportunity for a Head Chef arose with our client in Dubai for a luxury fine-dining Japanese restaurant.
What will you do?
- Ensure that all the food meets the highest quality standards & is executed on time
- Coordinate with the kitchen team & assisting them as required
- Train the team to prepare & cook the food according to the recipes
- Stocktaking ingredients & equipment & placing orders as needed
- Implement and enforce all the HACCP guidelines
- Coach, counsel, and discipline staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
- Ensure all recipes are maintained and updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared
