Position Overview

As a Head of AI Research / Principal Research Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the realization of Project Prometheuss vision This is an opportunity not only to be part of cuttingedge AI research but also to contribute to the strategic goals of a company that seeks to revolutionize the European AI landscape

Responsibilities

• Lead Large Language Model Development Spearhead the creation of large language models that push technological boundaries while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and safety
  

• Ensure Compliance with EU Regulations Develop AI models that not only push technological boundaries but also adhere strictly to EU regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act positioning our models as the gold standard in responsible and compliant AI development
  

• Cater to the Linguistic Diversity of Europe Tap into rich data sets to build a multilanguage model that specifically caters to the broad variety of languages spoken in Europe
  

• Applications Across Industries Contribute to the development of AI models with vast applications including automated customer interactions realtime translation and intricate problemsolving scenarios across key European sectors

• Global AI Experience Previous experience at DeepMind OpenAI or other leading AI research institutions/companies is highly desirable
  

• Programming Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch etc)
  

• Collaborative Mindset Ability to work effectively in a collaborative crossfunctional team environment
