We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team focusing on refugee and visa processing projects in collaboration with agencies such as the Department of State (DoS) USAID and USCIS This role demands a professional with a deep understanding of the complexities and sensitivities involved in such operations and a proven track record of effective project management in this unique field
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects related to refugee and visa processing ensuring timely delivery and compliance with governmental guidelines
Liaise with government agencies stakeholders and partners to facilitate smooth project execution
Develop and implement project plans including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate team meetings and provide regular project updates to all stakeholders
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration International Relations or a related field from an accredited institution Masters degree preferred
Experience Requirements
Minimum of years of experience in project management specifically in refugee and/or visa processing
Experience working with government agencies such as DoS USAID and/or USCIS
Demonstrated ability in leading multidisciplinary teams
