Role and Responsibilities:
- To onboard hospitals for cashless/reimbursement insurance processing.
- To develop a healthy sales funnel and pipeline of hospitals for pitching insurance services.
- To develop relationships with existing hospitals and ensure all issues pertaining to insurance processing are resolved resulting in excellent customer satisfaction.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company s sales goals.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Projecting Monthly numbers and ensuring to take measures to meet margin targets with healthy MoM growth.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Insurance sales and on-field visit to clients from Hospital, healthcare, Fintech, Ed-tech or relevant industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
