Customer Service Advisor (Insurance) - Stockport - Salary DOE

Were working with a fantastic insurance agency based in Stockport whore looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team!

Their insurance brokerage is known for its fast-paced environment and is driven by a dynamic and lively team. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, they continue to enjoy remarkable growth. As a result, numerous opportunities have arisen within their office as they maintain their steadfast commitment to progress.

Main responsibilities:

  • Resolving queries and issues pertaining to recently covered new customers.
  • Scrutinizing customer-supporting documents to identify potential problem areas.
  • Collaborating with insurers to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently managing customer email inquiries, resolving them or directing them to the appropriate advisor when necessary.


Requirements

Key skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • A background in the insurance sector would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette is a fundamental requirement.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • An acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in handling a high-volume workload and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Capable of working effectively both within a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional time management abilities.
  • Competence in IT.
  • A flexible approach to addressing changing day-to-day requirements.
