We are a strong and wellstructured team of care professionals providing residential care to young people ages to with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities To give you the best possible experience as a team member our semiindependent group and sololivingHomes are close to our Head Office and inhouse Training venue in Crewe Cheshire

Homes for Support Limited are not licenced by the Home Office to sponsor visas in the UK

Requirements of Care Worker

If youre ready to apply to join our team you should

  • Hold a driving licence for a car and the willingness to drive for work
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for delivering childcentred care and support
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK

Responsibilities of Care Worker

To enable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team you will dedicate your commitment to one Residential Childrens Home to

  • Enable access to safe and supportive educational and leisure activities
  • Support the development of life skills including building and sustaining positive relationships and independence skills such as budgeting shopping and cooking
  • Conduct daily care visits tolooked after children (LAC) living in a group environment ensuring the Home is clean hygienic and wellequipped
  • Represent Homes for Support and advocate for children in our partnership with professionals
