Job Description


Home Manager Saxlingham Norwich 
£ plus bonus

  • Ensure the effective management and smooth running of the care home in Norwich maintaining high levels of quality care and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Oversee the recruitment training and supervision of staff members to ensure the provision of excellent care services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents their families and healthcare professionals promoting a personcentered approach and addressing their individual needs
  • Manage the home&#s budget financial resources and marketing strategies to maintain a sustainable operation
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents&# care medication and other essential details
  • Ensure compliance with legal health and safety regulations taking appropriate actions to rectify any issues identified
  • Implement and maintain effective communication processes within the care home fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing a care home or similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for care homes
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
  • An empathetic and personcentered approach to care

Desired Experience

  • Experience in effectively managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in financial management and budgeting
  • Familiarity with quality improvement processes and practices
  • Experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents families and healthcare professionals
  • RGN 
  • Knowledge of relevant local and national health and safety regulations
