Job Role:
The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads to drive business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with a sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise multiple channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and internet search, to identify and collect potential leads.
- Manage and maintain an organised database of leads in our CRM system.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team.
- Engage with prospects via email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Regularly update and refresh the leads database to ensure all information is accurate and current.
- Use initiative to identify new methods for lead generation.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone and via email.
- Proficient in using CRM systems for lead management.
- Previous experience in a sales role or a background as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Solid organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of the property lending industry is a plus.
