Job Description

This is a remote position.

Salary Expectation: R10 000 - R12 000 pcm (depending on experience)

We are a leading property lending house committed to providing innovative financial solutions. We are currently looking for a talented Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, fully remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.


Job Role:

The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads to drive business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with a sales background.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise multiple channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and internet search, to identify and collect potential leads.
  • Manage and maintain an organised database of leads in our CRM system.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team.
  • Engage with prospects via email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Regularly update and refresh the leads database to ensure all information is accurate and current.
  • Use initiative to identify new methods for lead generation.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone and via email.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems for lead management.
  • Previous experience in a sales role or a background as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Solid organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of the property lending industry is a plus.
