Local to the Tri-cities, TN area, the birthplace of The Honey Do Service, Inc., or willing to relocate.


Honey Do Franchising Group is the "Franchisor" for The Honey Do Service, Inc., the nations premier home repair and improvement franchise. Based in Bristol TN/VA, we are dedicated to metered growth,

strong support, and fully committed franchise owners. Currently, we are expanding our unit count through

the Southeast USA, but national expansion is on the horizon. We are a small but dedicated team focused

on brand growth and individual excellence.



WE ARE EXPANDING!


The Director of Franchise Development is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking a strategic plan to increase the number of franchisees and develop and implement an expansion program for current franchisees. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, this position is a primary force behind research, analysis, recruitment, sales, and closing.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Independently create a strategic plan to achieve growth objectives (to include markets to develop,

identification of primary targets, plan to increase sales, and a profile of a successful franchisee).

Formulate, plan, and execute an annual marketing strategy for opening franchise units in new

markets and assisting in resales in existing markets when necessary. The strategy may be revised

when necessary.

Set and achieve sales quotas to be part of the marketing strategy and agreed to by the incumbent

and the Chief Operating Officer.

Develop and maintain excellent relationships and communication with all staff and franchisees.

Responsible for completion of all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, sales

presentations, qualifying potential franchises, territory analysis and development, and closing the

sale to include all legal paperwork required.

With guidance from the Chief Operating Officer, develop and operate within an annual budget,

managing it to a monthly Profit & Loss Statement.

Develop, implement, and maintain all necessary systems to track and report statistics monthly on marketing vehicles, lead sources, dollars per lead, per sale, etc.

Using a company-approved template, and following all applicable state and federal regulations,

responsible for the development of contract agreements for franchisees and all related materials.

Develop and implement ongoing expansion programs for existing franchises, encouraging

successful franchises to expand into additional markets. Identify, create, and distribute appropriate marketing vehicles.

Attend relevant franchise trade shows and conventions, as well as targeted industry trade shows.

Attend company functions, meetings, and conventions as required.

Successfully interact with vendors on an as-needed basis.

Develop and maintain harmonious relationships.







OTHER DUTIES:


With minimal administrative support, produce correspondence, maintain information packets and

other printed materials.

Represent and assist corporate staff on special project assignments.

All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelor s Degree in business or marketing.

5 Year-proven track record in franchise sales or relevant experience.

Sales and negotiation skills.

Thorough understanding of franchise regulations and willingness to learn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiar with Zoho One (or similar) and the ability to create letters, documents, and spreadsheets.

Clean driving record with the ability to meet insurance company requirements for the operation of

private vehicle while on company business.
