Client is seeking an experienced eMaint-CMMS Application Software Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem-solving for the eMaint-CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) developed by Fluke Corporation. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively.
This is a Hybrid role. Candidate needs to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with team to resolve system issues and answer technical questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues
- Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and system guides
- Participate in the development and execution of test plans
- Configure application integrations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Must have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (eMaint, UpKeep, Flix, Fracttal One, IBM Maximo)
- 3+ years of experience in application software support
- Experience supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows
- Knowledge of middleware such as Informatica & API s integrations
- Experience with asset management software applications such as, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Field Service (OFS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
