Position: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Hours: Day/Night Shifts, Up to 44 hours/week

About Home:
The Home is situated in Great Wyrley village, offers convenient access to Cannock and Walsall via regular bus service and major road and rail networks.
Residents can personalize their rooms and have access to communal spaces, including lounges, dining areas, and a quiet room. The home features a salon for visiting hairdresser services and is equipped with passenger lifts and assisted bathrooms on each floor.
The Home boasts a beautifully designed garden, providing a pleasant environment for residents to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standard of care, safety, and welfare for residents.
- Conduct assessments for new residents and create personalized care plans.
- Administer and record medications accurately.
- Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of care staff.
- Implement person-centered care, respecting individual privacy and dignity.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active or pending NMC PIN
- Clear DBS
